If not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days of order date for a refund or exchange. Refunds are for the value of the equipment only, less 5% restocking fee. Both outbound and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility. You must contact JD’s Sound and Lighting prior to returning your item. All items returned must be in perfect condition, exhibit no scratches or other cosmetic damage and show no signs of wear. All original documentation and materials including, but not limited to warranty cards, instruction manuals and connecting cables must be included for timely refund or exchange. For returns that do not meet these conditions, you may be subject to a further 20% restocking fee.
If you cancel an order which has already been shipped, or if you refuse the delivery of merchandise, you will be billed for any and all shipping charges, as well as a 10% restocking fee. If you cancel an order and the item has not been shipped, a full refund will be applied to your account.
The following items are not returnable for any reason: cartridges, lighting products, light bulbs, fluids, speakers, drivers, tweeters, headphones or microphones. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on clearance items, special orders and custom made products.
While we do our best to check for errors, mistakes may occur. JD’s Sound and Lighting will not be held responsible for any typographical errors in specifications, image content, pricing or price changes. Actual specifications, weight, and prices of the products shown are subject to change without notice.
JD's Sound and Lighting offers up to 12 weeks Layby on most items. Extended terms can be arranged but have to be approved.
Minimum of 10% deposit is required.
All Laybys are strictly 12 weeks. No refund on overdue laybys.
All Laybys must have payments made at least once every 4 weeks.
Cancellation fee on Laybys or customer orders is 20% of invoice total.
All Special Orders or Custom Orders are non refundable if cancelled. Special Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is ordered into stock at the customers request. Custom Orders are defined as an order for a non stock item that is cutomised specifically to a customers specifications.
We offer no refund on overdue Laybys unless previously arranged. We can organise time extensions if we are contacted within the Layby period.
Unless otherwise specified, all products advertised on this website are new, factory sealed models covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Should the product carry a manufacturing fault please contact JD’s Sound and Lighting immediately to obtain the Return Authorization number. You may be instructed to send the faulty item directly to the authorised repair centre in your area.
Alternatively, when sending the product back to JD’s Sound and Lighting, insure and ship your items using a trackable service. JD’s Sound and Lighting will not be responsible if your return gets lost in transit. Please allow at least 2 weeks for return processing. Return shipping costs back to JD's Sound and Lighting are the customer’s responsibility. JD's Sound and Lighting will cover the freight cost back to customer.
