Q. How much are the shipping charges?

A. For orders containing items under 20kg there is $12 administration fee charge and no freight charge, we cover the charges and insurance fees. However for items above 20kg or marked as "Bulky item" please contact us for an accurate quote for freight. We use three main courier companies so we can offer the most cost effective freight to your area.

Q. Can I order by telephone or fax?

A. Yes, you can call us and we can process the order over the phone. We also accept purchase orders by fax (03) 9364 9989.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Master Card, Visa card (sorry American Express cards are not accepted), direct deposit and PayPal. Please refer to "Payment Methods" section for more details.

Q. How do I know if you have received my order?

A. When you purchase online, you should automatically receive a confirmation email of your order and our system alerts us with all the details. Once item is dispatched the system will automatically send an email with tracking number. Alternatively, if the dispatch of the item is delayed we will notify you via telephone or email.

Q. How long is standard delivery within Australia?

A. Usually 1-5 business days depending on destination. Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide and Melbourne usually take 1 business day.

Q. I am having problems checking out on line, what should I do?

A. Please contact us via telephone or email and we will try to address the problem.

Q. Is ordering from your website secure?

A. Yes. Our website has SSL encryption software and all payments are processed through the secure payment gateway.

Q. What if my order is damaged in transit?

A. When accepting parcels delivered by couriers please check for any physical damage before accepting delivery. If carton shows damage note the damage on the delivery docket before signing. Please contact us and we will arrange replacement or appropriate solution.
