However if the item is not in stock, one of our staff members will contact the customer within 24 hours to inform them of any possible delays.

All our shipments can be tracked. We use a range of courier companies and Australia Post to deliver the product to your door as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Costs We offer free nationwide shipping on small parcels not exceeding 20kg in weight. However, a handling fee of $12.00 per order applies. Postage fees apply to parcels over 20kg in weight. Please contact us prior to purchase and we will provide you with a shipping quote. Discounts on postage may also apply for multiple items. All items sent with FastWay couriers include insurance for the value of the goods upto $1500. Please note that JD’s Sound and Lighting will not accept liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. Any damage must be noted upon delivery of the goods, when delivery is signed. No damage claim can be made if the delivery is signed for "as received in good condition". Please check the item before signing.
